- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
- Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- A refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- If your refund is delayed, please first check your bank account, then contact your bank or credit card company as processing times can vary.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.
